- Handles assignments up to $10M unassisted
- Manages large complex assignments
- Oversees site visits and documentation
- Provides independent control of job costs
- Completes narrative and executive summary reports
- Develops and maintains a high-level client base
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
- Current IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification) working towards Master certifications
- 10 years of relevant experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
- Analytical and interpretive skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiating skills
- Valid driver's license with clean driving history
