About the role
- Provide customer support via email, chat, WhatsApp, phone and remotely in an agile, practical and efficient manner so users feel confident and their questions are satisfactorily resolved
- Maintain strong customer relationships and comprehensive knowledge of all Minha Effecti system applications, as well as company policies and procedures
- Analyze processes and routines performed in the department with the aim of proposing and implementing best practices for using the Minha Effecti tool
- Organize and keep service records up to date to ensure customer requests were answered and to carry out follow-up
- Stay up to date with procurement legislation and regulations, as well as monitor sector updates
Requirements
- Knowledge of public procurement/bidding processes
- Comfortable working with technology
- Experience in customer support
- Strong interpersonal skills, empathy and good verbal and written communication
- Familiarity with the Minha Effecti platform is a plus
- Proficiency in using platforms such as WhatsApp, Movidesk, 55pbx, AnyDesk, Loom, Notepad++, Slack, and Google Workspace
