About the role
- Deliver clear, effective support to customers through both phone and email communication
- Resolve questions and issues promptly while demonstrating empathy, clarity, and full ownership
- Maintain a strong balance between proactive outreach and timely responses to incoming needs
- Reach out to host families regarding program fees, due dates, credits, and discounts
- Oversee Accounts Receivable for your assigned region with accuracy and accountability
- Provide targeted support to additional finance regions as needed

- 1-2 years of professional experience, ideally in customer services
- Demonstrated relationship-building experience
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
