About the role

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities, manage a portfolio of partners, and ensure high monetization of the base (cross-sell and up-sell);
  • Manage pipeline, targets, and KPIs;
  • Act consultatively and provide personalized service, offering the best experience and guidance to partners or prospective partners;
  • Manage and develop partner relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention;
  • Develop and implement customer retention strategies;
  • Deliver product/service presentations and demonstrations;
  • Attend events and trade shows to promote the company’s products/services, strengthen relationships, and expand the contact network;
  • Conduct online or in-person meetings to negotiate and close contracts with new partners (including contract maintenance), or to strengthen relationships with existing partners, ensuring satisfaction, expectation alignment, and account growth;
  • Prepare and present sales closing reports to leadership;
  • Monitor partner NPS;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery of solutions that meet client needs;
  • Stay up to date on market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields;
  • Experience in commercial roles at banks, financial institutions, payment institutions, or fintechs;
  • Strong experience in Client Relationship Management (portfolio management);
  • Experience in sales and new business prospecting in a B2B environment;
  • Knowledge of CRM and customer relationship management tools, preferably Salesforce;
  • Availability to attend occasional in-person events;
  • CPA-10 or CPA-20 certification;
  • Postgraduate degree in related areas.
