Lead architecture & technical delivery of mission-grade simulation solutions
Integrate DIS, HLA, and TENA and USD and Omniverse pipelines for multi-domain LVC exercises
Translate operational concepts including CONOPS, TTPs, MOP, and MOE into scenarios, models, and data flows
Own software quality—implement DevSecOps, CI/CD, automated testing, code reviews, and model validation against ground truth
Mentor and grow a high-performing team to drive backlog, estimation, and delivery against mission milestones
Engage with stakeholders across Service components to capture needs and demonstrate outcomes
Advance performance and realism via GPU acceleration, multi-node orchestration, and sensor or weapon modeling

Requirements

Experience with PoR sims such as NGST, AFSIM, AFMSTT, and SAFESIM
Experience with Unity and Unreal Engine with C#/C++
Experience with real-time or near-real-time simulations
Experience with NVIDIA Omniverse including USD pipelines, Render and Kit, and SimReady assets for collaborative simulation workflows
Experience with Git such as GitHub, GitLab, or Azure DevOps, CI/CD, test automation, and containerization such as Docker or Kubernetes
Experience with modeling and analysis translating operational needs into measurable outcomes such as MOP and MOE
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Applied Math and 2+ years of experience in data engineering or 5+ years of experience in data engineering in lieu of a degree
