About the role
- Develop and optimize novel AI and ML algorithms tailored to scientific challenges
- Design, validate, and deploy end-to-end AI and ML workflows in cloud environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design frameworks for data preparation and feature engineering
- Build tools and infrastructure to enable seamless experimentation and rapid model iteration
- Scale AI and ML solutions using advanced techniques in cloud environments
- Implement automated pipelines for training and deploying models into production
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in bioinformatics or computational biology
- 3+ years of experience across data science, AI, and data engineering
- Experience designing and deploying AI and ML solutions
- Experience with cloud-based AI platforms
- Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis
- Ability to translate complex biological questions into analytical approaches
- Bachelor's degree in a Science field
