About the role

  • Solve complex technical challenges in FPGA design
  • Test, design, and develop algorithms in FPGAs
  • Collaborate with hardware team focused on digital design and algorithm testing
  • Work alongside RF or radar modeling and simulation engineers
  • Validate threat representations by comparing model outputs with hardware implementations

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital design through HDL and schematic layout
  • Experience with using Vivado
  • Experience with Digital Signal Processing mathematics and implementing in synthesizable HDL
  • Experience with scientific analysis software, such as MATLAB
  • Experience with benchtop equipment, including Oscilloscope, Spectrum Analyzer, Arbitrary Waveform Generator, and Vector Signal Generator
  • Experience with command line tools such as Linux Bash
  • Knowledge of commercial RF and digital component and assembly distributors for rapid prototyping purposes
  • Knowledge of RF signal propagation chain configurations, wideband RF signal acquisition and generation concepts, and associated development processes with FPGAs
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
