About the role

  • Lead our contracts disruption cell supporting the National Security Sector and transform contracts strategies
  • Apply advanced contract management expertise
  • Develop customer relationships inside and outside of Booz Allen
  • Mentor and guide staff in the National Security Sector team
  • Collaborate with teammates and leverage acquisition knowledge to make a positive impact

Requirements

  • Experience with different solicitation and contract types, including broad agency announcements, commercial solution openings, requests for quotes, fixed price and time, and material contracts
  • Experience evaluating, negotiating, and executing non-FAR based U.S. government contracts for the development and sale of emerging technologies and products
  • Knowledge of contract concepts and contract acquisition laws and regulations
  • Ability to support complex contract activity that requires the development of specialized contract vehicles and techniques to accomplish business goals and objectives
  • Ability to draft moderate to complex non-routine contractual articles or clauses
  • Ability to use independent judgment and creativity to resolve contractual issues
  • Ability to develop customer relationships with internal and external customers
  • Top Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED and 14+ years of experience with contract management, Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience with contract management, or Master’s degree and 8+ years of experience with contract management
