About the role
- Work with Booz Allen colleagues and U.S. Navy personnel to develop defense capability
- Lead hardware integration to ensure functional connection of hardware components and software
- Provide direct support to the government client and manage the engineering team
- Ensure capabilities are delivered to meet soldiers’ needs
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience performing systems engineering or integration in DoD aerospace systems or ground systems
- 5+ years of experience designing integration strategies, troubleshooting issues across electrical and mechanical domains
- 5+ years of experience identifying, analyzing, proposing, and managing program risks and issues
- Experience collaborating with design teams to refine system architecture, PCBs, and hardware
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science field
- Secret clearance
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively on a cross-functional team
