About the role

  • solve problems with a complete end-to-end solution in a fast-paced, Agile environment
  • build solutions within the ServiceNow platform that will directly impact the client’s mission
  • work with the development team on developing and configuring ServiceNow applications and solutions
  • analyze the needs and the environment to help make sure the solution the team develops considers the architecture and operating environment

Requirements

  • Experience with ServiceNow development, including core ITSM tables, Glide, scripting, business rules, client scripts, custom apps, or development methods
  • Experience with Web development, including XHTML, HTML, CSS3, SQL, XML, or Angular, and back-end technologies, including JavaScript, PHP, .NET, Java, or ColdFusion
  • Experience with ServiceNow configuration management database (CMDB) administration
  • Experience implementing scripted Web services in ServiceNow, jQuery, or Prototype libraries, Java, and CMDB or asset integrations in ServiceNow
  • Knowledge of SOAP and REST Web services
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) Certification
