Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing facilities maintenance
- 2+ years of experience conducting routine inspections of living quarters
- Experience responding to facility emergencies
- Knowledge of general facilities maintenance, minor repairs, and safety precautions
- Ability to forecast maintenance needs proactively
- Ability to work independently and interact effectively with all stakeholders
- Ability to move items up to 100 lbs. and traverse tight spaces
- Ability to travel to OCONUS locations up to 90% of the time
- Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED
