About the role

Design and implement effective AI solution architecture utilizing approaches of various AI technologies and methods to address clients' business problems and needs while complying with the company's strategies and business goals
Apply advanced technical expertise and full industry knowledge
Develop innovative solutions to complex problems
Work without considerable direction
Mentor and supervise team members, as needed

4+ years of experience with artifi cia l intelligence, data science, machine learning engineering, data research, or data analytics
Experience planning, leading, or mentoring in sof tware and artifi cia l intelligence projects
Experience in generative and agentic AI technologies such as MCP, LangChain, or LangGraph
Experience with a programming language, including Python, C#, or Java
Experience with project work in deep learning, computer vision, NLP, or signal processing
Knowledge of modern sof tware design patterns, including microservice design or edge computing
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Additional: Experience with embedded systems programming in C, C++, or Rus t
Additional: Experience integrating coding agents such as Cursor or Windsurf into an efficient development pipeline with measured results
Additional: Experience with GPU programming, including CUDA or RAPIDs
Additional: Experience with modern cloud computing technologies, including Docker
Ability to gather requirements from customers and lead Agile teams
Doctorate degree in Computer Science or Statistics (preferred)
