About the role

  • Lead all aspects of financial center performance and drive sales growth and service excellence
  • Focus on talent development, individual and team sales performance with consumer and small business clients
  • Utilize Fulton’s sales process and the CRM tool to align key activities and behaviors to achieve sales growth
  • Establish employee performance expectations and development plans
  • Cultivate meaningful customer relationships, onboard new clients and nurture existing relationships
  • Handle complex customer inquiries and escalated customer issues with tact and efficiency
  • Actively utilize Fulton coaching models and feedback to guide employees
  • Coach and mentor employees through role play, customized learning and support
  • Build and maintain a strong network in the local community and engage with small businesses and community organizations
  • Participate in networking and community activities including non-profit board/committee positions
  • Oversee implementation of internal processes and procedures ensuring compliance with risk management initiatives and regulations
  • Evaluate and optimize operational efficiency and manage volume, workflow, quality
  • Plan, assign, evaluate work of financial center team, screen/select candidates, provide guidance and manage performance
  • Contribute to broader business and corporate initiatives, champion cultural activities, and participate in focus groups and task forces

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience
  • Specialty: Business or other applicable. (Required)
  • 5 or more years Banking, Financial Services, or sales. (Required)
  • 3 or more years leading sales, Operations, or Risk Management. (Required)
  • Ability to motivate a sales team, set expectations and drive accountability (Required)
  • Small Business Banking acumen (Required)
  • Collaboration skills (Required)
  • Passion and enthusiasm to meet and exceed goals (Required)
