About the role
- Lead all aspects of financial center performance and drive sales growth and service excellence
- Focus on talent development, individual and team sales performance with consumer and small business clients
- Utilize Fulton’s sales process and the CRM tool to align key activities and behaviors to achieve sales growth
- Establish employee performance expectations and development plans
- Cultivate meaningful customer relationships, onboard new clients and nurture existing relationships
- Handle complex customer inquiries and escalated customer issues with tact and efficiency
- Actively utilize Fulton coaching models and feedback to guide employees
- Coach and mentor employees through role play, customized learning and support
- Build and maintain a strong network in the local community and engage with small businesses and community organizations
- Participate in networking and community activities including non-profit board/committee positions
- Oversee implementation of internal processes and procedures ensuring compliance with risk management initiatives and regulations
- Evaluate and optimize operational efficiency and manage volume, workflow, quality
- Plan, assign, evaluate work of financial center team, screen/select candidates, provide guidance and manage performance
- Contribute to broader business and corporate initiatives, champion cultural activities, and participate in focus groups and task forces
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience
- Specialty: Business or other applicable. (Required)
- 5 or more years Banking, Financial Services, or sales. (Required)
- 3 or more years leading sales, Operations, or Risk Management. (Required)
- Ability to motivate a sales team, set expectations and drive accountability (Required)
- Small Business Banking acumen (Required)
- Collaboration skills (Required)
- Passion and enthusiasm to meet and exceed goals (Required)
