About the role
- Engineer software code and solutions by using application development tools
- Leads project development teams through execution of best practices in software development
- Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions
- Updates job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools
- Improves operations by conducting systems analysis, recommending changes in policies and procedures
- Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming
- General and administrative tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in IT/Computer Science
- Minimum 1 year previous related IT experience
- Salesforce configuration experience
- APEX coding experience
- Lightning development experience
- Metadata repository & deployments experience
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) and Salesforce Object Search Language (SOSL)
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
- Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer I (preferred)
- Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator (preferred)
- Experience with development and creation of IT processes and policies
- Experience working in a global, Agile environment
- Excellent analytical, detail-oriented, organized skills
