About the role
- Advise sales staff on pricing and rebates
- Develop sales and consignment contracts
- Analyze market and internal sales data
- Review and negotiate specified contract terms
- Generate contracts and amendments and ensure compliance
- Support the review and response preparation for RFIs and RFPs
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- 5 years of previous related experience in contract or bid management or equivalent work experience
- Prior experience in commercial contracting and government contracting in the medical device industry
- Prior experience working with pricing in the medical device industry
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
