About the role

  • Help scale and optimize EdVisorly’s internal systems, processes, and workflows.
  • Work cross-functionally across the organization to ensure strategy translates into execution.
  • Create, evolve, and document business systems and processes that support growth.
  • Build and automate data analyses using AI to generate actionable insights.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives and high-priority projects critical to scaling the business.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, speed, and profitability across workflows.
  • Proactively resolve implementation issues and adoption challenges.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of experience in program management, business operations, or cross-functional project management
  • Experience owning complex, cross-functional processes end-to-end
  • Ability to map workflows and identify where systems or processes break down
  • Highly analytical, comfortable using data (and AI tools) to drive decisions
  • Highly collaborative and can work effectively across multiple stakeholders
  • Proficient in tools like Asana, Jira, and HubSpot
  • Experience in higher education, edtech, or SaaS environments is preferred
  • Strong technical aptitude with experience troubleshooting systems and workflows
  • Experience implementing or improving operational systems at scale
  • Proven ability to leverage AI tools to analyze data and build workflows.
