About the role
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Google, and TikTok
- Create custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and manage remarketing campaigns for improved conversion
- Implement Conversion API and tracking setups to ensure data accuracy and campaign efficiency
- Run regular A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and messaging to boost CTRs and conversion rates
- Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with influencers and content creators
- Set up and manage marketing workflows in HubSpot
- Monitor key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, etc.) and deliver insights-driven recommendations
- Work closely with content and design teams to craft scroll-stopping creatives and ad copy
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in a digital marketing agency
- Strong working knowledge of SEM, SEO, paid ads (Google, Meta, etc.), and performance marketing
- Proven experience handling multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, especially with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
