About the role

  • Testing roadmap: You create and manage a structured A/B testing roadmap and run the entire process from hypothesis through to analysis.
  • Funnel building: You design and build high-performing landing pages, front-end offers, and upsell funnels to maximize Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
  • Team management: You manage an interdisciplinary team of developers, copywriters and designers to implement optimizations and new funnels.
  • Analysis & user research: You use GA4 and Microsoft Clarity to identify weaknesses in the user journey and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Event management: You plan and manage sales events in the online shop and ensure smooth technical and content implementation.

Requirements

  • Solid expertise in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
  • Proven experience in building landing pages and funnels.
  • Advanced skills in Direct Response copywriting.
  • Confident in using common A/B testing tools.
  • Proficient with the Shopify ecosystem and integration of relevant apps.
