About the role

  • Demand Planning: You create precise inventory plans and forecasts for the supply chain based on our performance marketing KPIs (CPA, AOV, CVR).
  • Financial Planning: You are responsible for cashflow forecasting and liquidity planning, taking our marketing spend into account.
  • Analysis & Monitoring: You conduct in-depth analyses of the P&L and our cost structures to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Reporting & Dashboards: You use Data Studio (Looker Studio) or similar BI tools to build and maintain transparent controlling dashboards.

Requirements

  • You have at least 3+ years of relevant professional experience and have ideally worked for an e-commerce brand with eight-figure revenue.
  • You are a power user of Google Sheets or Excel and can confidently build complex data models for forecasting.
  • You are able to identify patterns in volatile markets and quickly understand complex relationships between ad spend and inventory.
  • You have a proactive mindset to prevent cash shortfalls or overstocks early through precise forecasting.
