About the role

  • You take end-to-end responsibility for our supply chain—from purchasing to shipping.
  • You ensure our products are available at all times without tying up unnecessary capital.
  • You develop and optimize our supplier base with respect to price, quality and reliability.
  • You conduct price and terms negotiations with a clear focus on cost-effectiveness.
  • You manage our fulfillment partners and logistics processes to ensure smooth operations.
  • You are responsible for demand and inventory planning and prevent out-of-stock situations.
  • You continuously analyze and optimize KPIs such as product availability, procurement costs, lead times and return rates.
  • You identify bottlenecks and implement concrete process improvements and automations.
  • You coordinate international goods flows (including Amazon, warehouse transfers, etc.).
  • You ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • IMPORTANT: Our logistics partners are located in Saarland. Occasional on-site visits are required. Therefore, it is important that your travel time to Saarbrücken and Lebach does not exceed 1.5 hours.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in supply chain / procurement.
  • Several years of experience in a D2C e-commerce environment is essential for this position.
  • Experience negotiating with suppliers and building long-term partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics processes—both operationally and strategically.
  • Confident use of shop/e-commerce systems, project management tools, and Excel in daily work.
  • Data-driven, structured and independent working style.
  • Ability to analyze and efficiently optimize complex processes.
  • Very good German skills (at least C1).
