About the role

  • In this versatile role you combine creative content work with organizational tasks and support our team in daily operations.
  • You develop creative content ideas and produce content for social media (e.g., Reels, Stories, posts) as well as for newsletters, blog posts and other digital formats.
  • You plan and maintain our content and editorial calendar and ensure consistent, audience-appropriate communication.
  • You present educational and corporate topics in a clear, structured and engaging manner.
  • You manage our social media channels, interact with the community and help strengthen brand loyalty.

Requirements

  • You have a good sense for content, language and digital formats and work in a structured and reliable way.
  • You have experience in content creation and social media — preferably in a varied role.
  • You write confidently and with the target audience in mind, for social media as well as for newsletters and blog posts.
  • You work independently, are organized and solution-oriented and keep an overview even when handling multiple topics.
  • You are comfortable using digital tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Canva, InDesign).
