About the role
- In this role you are the first point of contact for our prospective customers (inbound).
- You advise them on selecting the right courses and training programs and actively support them on their path to learning success.
- Sales: You conduct qualified advisory and sales conversations (inbound & outbound) and inspire potential customers with our e‑learning solutions.
- You create tailored proposals and proactively manage them through to successful closure.
- You maintain and manage your sales pipeline in the CRM system and independently monitor all sales opportunities.
- You take responsibility for invoice and payment control in close coordination with internal stakeholders.
- You actively contribute to the development and optimization of our sales funnel.
- Customer Success: You support our existing customers after contract signing and act as the central contact for general inquiries.
- You assist with the use of our learning platform and ensure high customer satisfaction and sustainable learning outcomes.
- You collect structured customer feedback and work closely with the product team to continuously improve our offerings.
Requirements
- You enjoy active customer contact, are strong at closing deals, and can identify the needs of both prospective and existing customers.
- You have at least 3 years of professional experience in inside sales or a comparable role.
- Experience in the education sector, adult education, or the e‑learning environment is an advantage but not required.
- You are a strong communicator, confident and empathetic, and value close collaboration with the team and internal stakeholders (e.g., product, marketing).
- You excel in consultative sales conversations as well as in service‑oriented customer support and find the right approach for different concerns.
- You work in a structured, independent, and goal‑oriented manner and are proficient with Google Workspace (e.g., Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets) and, ideally, CRM systems.
- You have very good German language skills and good English skills, both written and spoken.

- Compensation: The collective agreement minimum salary for this position is €3,000 gross per month (full‑time). A market‑conform salary above this is possible depending on your individual qualifications and experience.
