Billing Specialist

• Support utility billing services within our software platform
• Process client billing data, validate account information, and resolve billing discrepancies
• Ensure accurate and timely invoicing for utility services such as water, wastewater, recycle, waste or municipal services
• Process and maintain utility billing usage data within the company's software platform
• Review billing data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with client requirements
• Import usage data, calculate, validate and post utility bills with the EGT application
• Collaborate with Customer Support, and Development teams to troubleshoot billing-related system issues
• Support month-end and year-end billing activities and reporting
• Monitor billing workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
• Ensure compliance with applicable utility regulations, company policies, and data security standards

Utility Billing Specialist

Project Manager

• Report to the Director of Project Management
• Be the primary point of contact for EGT software implementations
• Plan and monitor the project plan through successful completion and go live
• Develop and manage the overall implementation project plan from start to finish for multiple ERP software projects concurrently
• Manage project communication for all internal and external project stakeholders
• Conduct kick-off meetings and consistent project touchpoints during the software implementation
• Deliver concise project updates as needed to internal and external project stakeholders and keep internal systems up to date
• Document and communicate lessons learned to continually improve implementation processes
• Manage assignment and calendars of project resources across Implementation and Data Services team to meet project objectives
• Work with other project managers to ensure overall team resources are utilized at capacity to deliver EGT software and meet business delivery and revenue objectives
