• Deliver live, on-camera synchronous instruction for five (5) or more hours per day, every scheduled instructional day
• use student performance data to personalize instruction, identify learning gaps, and adapt approach to meet each student
• provide timely, meaningful feedback on student work and maintain accurate records
• build genuine relationships with students and families through professional, proactive communication
• collaborate with school partners and Edmentum colleagues to ensure students receive consistent, high-quality support across their learning experience
