• Develop and manage relationships with Edify partner schools
• Collaborate regularly with other Edify program staff, training partners, and stakeholders
• Visit partner schools regularly to consult with school owners, head teachers and school administrators
• Facilitate training on biblical worldview, leadership, and teaching skills
• Support Edify leadership in implementing strategic plans in general and Christ-Centered Education in particular
• Provide effective oversight of day-to-day operations of Christ-centered Education training programs
• Communicate Edify’s Christ-Centered Education strategy to staff, other departments, partner schools, and other stakeholders
• Submit weekly updates, monthly and quarterly reports on both Core & Client Schools in Salesforce

• Plan, organize, and lead the Nigeria staff team to facilitate all activities necessary to implement Edify's mission in the country.
• Establish, build, and nurture trusting relationships with local Edify lending and training partners.
• Develop effective working relationships with Micro-finance partners.
• Monitor financial health and growth of the School Loan Portfolio.
• Provide timely reports to Edify regional leaders and headquarters in the U.S.
• Build and develop the local Edify organization profile, providing effective leadership to accomplish Edify's mission and transformational objectives.
• Host and lead the in-country experience of Edify's visitors and supporters (individuals and groups).
