About the role

  • Responsible for managing and optimizing Edify’s paid media channels (Meta Ads, Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads), focusing on investment efficiency and generation of qualified leads.
  • Directly involved in planning, executing and optimizing campaigns for different funnel stages (top, middle and bottom), aligned with inbound strategy and commercial lead generation.
  • Strong responsibility for data and performance analysis, monitoring metrics such as CPL, CPA, CAC, conversion rate, ROAS and contribution to ACV.
  • Central role in turning data into actionable insights, supporting strategic decisions on media mix, budget reallocation and channel prioritization.
  • Ensure quality tracking and data integrity, using advanced Google Analytics (GA4), UTMs, conversion events and CRM integrations.
  • Regular use of Google Sheets and automations (e.g., Zapier) for consolidating, processing and visualizing media and funnel data.
  • Ongoing execution of A/B tests on creatives, audiences, copy and landing pages, documenting learnings to scale what works.
  • Constant interface with Growth, Branding and Commercial teams, contributing to clear, business-impact-oriented reports.
