About the role
- Support the management and monitoring of people-related metrics (turnover, absenteeism, headcount, personnel costs)
- Monitor OKRs and targets for the People/HR area
- Prepare People Analytics reports and analyses
- Ensure data and controls for the area are kept up to date and well organized
- Support managers with information and analyses to aid decision-making
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
- Experience or interest in HR metrics, data, and people management
- Advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
- Analytical, organized, and strong communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Differentials:
