About the role
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes (profile alignment, job posting, screening, interviews, and offer)
- Work on openings at different levels (operational, administrative, and strategic)
- Conduct competency-based and behavioral interviews
- Maintain close relationships with hiring managers to understand area needs
- Monitor R&S metrics (time-to-fill, SLA, hiring quality, recruitment funnel)
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
- Update recruitment systems and controls
- Conduct onboarding processes for new employees
Requirements
- Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
- Previous experience in recruitment and selection
- Knowledge of competency-based interviews
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and a sense of priorities
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms (ATS)
- Preferred / Plus
- Experience with technology roles
- Experience working with R&S metrics
- Knowledge of diversity and inclusion
