About the role

  • Build and maintain relationships with schools.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Recover churned customers and prevent churn.
  • Conduct strategic analysis of the client portfolio.
  • Inspire school owners and education managers to adopt a new approach to teaching English in schools.
  • Map clients' pain points and needs.
  • Support promotional events for our programs.

Requirements

  • Active listening (able to listen attentively);
  • Strong time management;
  • Negotiation skills;
  • Willingness to travel;
  • Previous experience with consultative selling;
  • Experience in the education sector is desirable;
  • Experience with CRM systems;
  • Leadership experience.
