About the role
- Overseeing and managing financial activities related to cost control and budgeting.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- A master’s degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., CMA, CPA) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent knowledge of financial principles, accounting practices, and cost accounting standards.
- Proficient in using SAP, financial software and advanced Excel skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision
- Familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous
- 5+ years’ experience in cost accounting or financial analysis
- Proven experience in cost control, budgeting, and financial analysis within a manufacturing environment.
- Aerospace, Defense and Oil & Gas experience is desirable
- Hands-on experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
