About the role

  • Represent the System Integration function in Quality Management Committee meetings.
  • Monitor and assure the System Integration Quality Management System on behalf of the Customer.
  • Design, review, and update quality standards, procedures, and specifications.
  • Ensure existing procedures comply with current guidelines, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
  • Maintain documentation of procedural changes and ensure proper version control.
  • Prepare performance and compliance reports for relevant stakeholders, documenting and escalating issues as required.
  • Advise senior leadership on quality matters, including preparing briefs, updates, and supporting acceptance activities.
  • Ensure all processes meet applicable safety, legal, national, and international standards.
  • Lead the implementation of risk management policies and procedures across quality and system integration functions.
  • Identify, assess, and monitor risks related to program delivery, system integration, and operational assurance.
  • Develop and maintain risk registers, risk assessments, and mitigation plans aligned with program objectives.
  • Ensure consistent application of ISO‑based risk management methodologies (e.g., ISO 31000).
  • Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure effective implementation of risk mitigation strategies.
  • Support internal and external audits related to risk controls and compliance.
  • Provide regular reports and briefings on risk exposure, trends, and mitigation effectiveness to senior stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of risk controls, escalation procedures, and acceptance criteria.
  • Ensure all risk‑related processes meet internal, legal, and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Quality Assurance Manager or PMO Lead.
  • Support a culture of continuous improvement across quality and risk functions.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in a Quality Assurance or Risk Management role.
  • Knowledge of the ISO 9000 family of standards.
  • ISO 9001 auditing experience is desirable.
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (higher education preferred).
  • Recognized Quality Management System certification
