About the role

Responsible for leading or supporting analyses relating to competitive outlook, site acquisition and interconnection strategy, new market development, customer demand, pipeline reporting, and financial analysis.
Supports new business development efforts and analysis, site planning/acquisition, strategic planning, financial management, and administering systems and processes essential to the success, direction and operation of the Region.
Perform market research and financial analysis including the use of Tableau and Power BI and project level financial modeling tools.
Create and maintain dashboards of ongoing budget and spend data.

Bachelor’s in Business, Economics, or related field required
Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field preferred
3 years of experience in handling project management energy related projects, permitting or real estate experience.
Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills and comfort using web-based industry intelligence solutions, specifically Power BI, SAP, and Tableau
