About the role
- Define and drive the long-term vision and mid-term strategy for Edenred Mobility (fuel, toll, EV), ensuring a bold and future-proof product direction.
- Partner with Product Management and cross-functional teams to execute the short-term roadmap, foster strong alignment with key stakeholders across countries and functions, and turn strategy into tangible results.
- Lead market and competitive analysis to identify trends, shape product positioning, and uncover high-impact growth opportunities.
- Define differentiated value propositions and product scopes across markets, segments, and applications - built on deep customer insights and data-driven understanding.
- Orchestrate go-to-market excellence - from product launches to enablement - ensuring flawless execution and measurable business impact in close collaboration with Sales and Marketing.
Requirements
- Hold a degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, or Technology, with a strong strategic and analytical foundation.
- Bring several years of experience in product marketing - ideally within a tech scale-up - with proven success in driving product awareness and adoption across EMEA markets.
- Excel in product strategy, market research, competitive analysis, and digital marketing, leveraging insights to enhance positioning and lifecycle performance.
- Make data-driven decisions with ease, combining analytical acumen with strong communication and project management skills to align cross-functional teams.
- Communicate fluently in English and proficiently in German; Italian or French language skills are a valuable plus.
