• You'll own Eden's pharmacy partner network end to end: sourcing and negotiating new relationships, driving down COGS
• Build a backup-partner pipeline so Eden is never single-sourced on any drug or state
• Own the day-to-day partner relationship, including quarterly business reviews
• Own end-to-end COGS reporting — pricing validation, SKU mapping, margin analysis
• Maintain a live drug × state × partner coverage matrix and close single points of failure
• Define fulfillment SLAs (fill rate, on-time ship, turnaround) and drive root-cause resolution on misses
• Document SOPs and failure-mode playbooks so issues don't require executive escalation

• Own the operating model for profitable acquisition across channels, agencies, funnel conversion, measurement, creative learning, and weekly budget posture.
• Establish the weekly growth operating rhythm, decision log, and owner map.
• Identify the highest-leverage blockers to revenue growth and force prioritization across channels, funnel, creative, agency work, and product/engineering dependencies.
• Run the weekly growth operating loop: read signal, set posture, execute, learn, and plan.
• Translate business targets into channel priorities, agency asks, test plans, and budget posture recommendations.
