Pre-sales Engineer

• Independent responsibility for managing prequalified projects through to contract award (service phases 0–4)
• Support and review of concepts; independently preparing cost estimates and proposals in the area of building construction/renovation
• Responsibility for the tender phase: preparation and review of contract calculations, creation of proposals including contract drafts and attachments, project management, negotiation and conclusion of construction contracts
• Coordination of interdisciplinary bidding teams of architects and specialist engineers to develop technical solutions
• Conducting site inspections and technical condition surveys of buildings
• Independently handling reactive tender enquiries and bids, including public procurements
• Participation in bidder and contract-award meetings and presentation of concepts and proposals
• Evaluation and integration of subcontractor offers into overall bids
