Pre-sales Engineer

• Independent responsibility for managing pre-qualified projects through to contract award (service phases 0–4)
• Preparation and review of concepts and independent preparation of cost estimates and proposals in the area of building construction/renovation
• Responsibility for the tendering phase: preparation and review of contract cost calculations, preparation of proposals including draft contracts and attachments, project management, negotiation and conclusion of construction contracts
• Coordination of interdisciplinary bid teams of architects and specialist engineers to develop technical solutions
• Conducting site inspections and technical condition surveys of buildings
• Independent handling of reactive tender inquiries and bids, including public procurement
• Participation in bidder and procurement meetings and presentation of concepts and proposals
• Evaluation and integration of subcontractor offers into the overall proposals
