About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

In this role, you will independently take responsibility for the planning and organization of renovation projects from preliminary design through to construction documentation.
You will coordinate with external specialist planners and with internal MEP/building physics teams.
You will also manage planning coordination for external architects and specialist consultants.
You will review construction drawings as well as shop and installation plans.
You will support the preparation of tendering (service phase 6).

Requirements

What you’ll need

You have completed a degree in architecture and hold the authorization to submit building applications (Bauvorlageberechtigung).
You have strong experience in planning coordination.
Experience in timber construction, fire protection, and/or renovation is a major plus.
You are proficient in tools such as AutoCAD and Revit and have experience with BIM.
Your German is at native speaker level and you are also comfortable communicating in English.
You demonstrate a confident manner and a high level of decisiveness, and you are able to manage complex processes efficiently thanks to your coordination skills and resilience.
Your working style is characterized by strong self-organization and solution-oriented thinking, enabling you to stay focused on objectives even when managing challenging problems.
