About the role

  • In this role, you will independently take responsibility for the planning and organization of renovation projects from preliminary design through to construction documentation.
  • You will coordinate with external specialist planners and with internal MEP/building physics teams.
  • You will also manage planning coordination for external architects and specialist consultants.
  • You will review construction drawings as well as shop and installation plans.
  • You will support the preparation of tendering (service phase 6).

Requirements

  • You have completed a degree in architecture and hold the authorization to submit building applications (Bauvorlageberechtigung).
  • You have strong experience in planning coordination.
  • Experience in timber construction, fire protection, and/or renovation is a major plus.
  • You are proficient in tools such as AutoCAD and Revit and have experience with BIM.
  • Your German is at native speaker level and you are also comfortable communicating in English.
  • You demonstrate a confident manner and a high level of decisiveness, and you are able to manage complex processes efficiently thanks to your coordination skills and resilience.
  • Your working style is characterized by strong self-organization and solution-oriented thinking, enabling you to stay focused on objectives even when managing challenging problems.
