About the role

  • Sales & acquisition responsibility: Telephone and digital outreach to healthcare professionals (HCPs), primarily general practitioners and orthopedists, medical care centers (MVZs), and potentially other specialist groups, handling contacts from first touch to the closing call
  • Conduct online trainings, presentations and information sessions about our products (focus: DiGA - digital health applications)
  • Support & relationship management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with HCPs and their teams
  • Ownership of assigned practices across the full sales funnel — from initial contact to the successful implementation of our digital therapies in daily practice (measured against defined KPIs)
  • Support for field sales: Initial outreach and appointment setting for the field service; follow-up calls after field service visits
  • Support the field service with organizational tasks
  • Documentation & reporting: Systematic and complete documentation of all sales activities in our CRM system (Pipedrive)

Requirements

  • Initial professional experience in inside sales, preferably in healthcare (Pharma, MedTech, E-Health, DiGA)
  • Motivated career changers with a strong sales affinity are also welcome
  • Empathetic and professional demeanor when interacting with HCPs
  • High self-motivation, persistence, and resilience
  • Enjoys communication, prospecting, and advising — you persuade through argumentation and enthusiasm
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Confident handling of digital tools (especially CRM systems such as Pipedrive)
  • Business-fluent German, both spoken and written
  • Desirable additional qualifications (not required): experience with digital health applications (DiGA); basic knowledge of regulatory frameworks in healthcare; technical understanding of digital products
