About the role
- You review incoming leads and decide which contacts should progress to the next sales stage.
- You carefully maintain and update our CRM data.
- You create new deals in the CRM tool.
- You maintain our sales KPIs.
- You handle follow-ups after meetings.
- You take (telephone) inquiries from physicians and ensure prompt, friendly responses.
- You send informational and sales materials.
- You support our sales team with daily routine tasks.
- You coordinate appointments, product demonstrations and webinars for prospective customers.
- You act as an interface between Sales, Marketing, Customer Support and the prescription service.
- You assign incoming prescriptions within the prescription service.
Requirements
- You have experience working with CRM systems, ideally Pipedrive.
- You are comfortable advising by telephone — you enjoy it and ideally have prior experience.
- You are self-motivated and are not discouraged by setbacks.
- You work in a structured, organized and reliable manner.
- You are communicative, outgoing and enjoy speaking with people.
- Your time and energy go into a meaningful product that helps people.
- You can choose whether you prefer to work on Windows or Apple.
- Your workstation will be set up optimally in consultation with you.
