Install, wire, configure, and calibrate ENTOUCH energy management and building automation equipment
Perform system startups, point-to-point checkouts, and commissioning activities
Verify installation quality and system functionality
Perform basic programming and configuration of BAS systems
Update firmware/software and validate communication between system components
Diagnose and repair control system malfunctions, networking issues, and communication faults
Analyze system performance to identify inefficiencies and recommend corrective actions
Train customers on system operation and basic troubleshooting
Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Associate’s degree in HVAC, Electrical Technology, or Building Automation Systems (preferred)
1–4+ years of experience in HVAC controls, building automation, or related field service role
Experience installing or servicing BAS systems preferred.
Working knowledge of BAS platforms (e.g., Johnson Controls, Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider Electric)
Familiarity with communication protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, and TCP/IP
Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
Proficiency using multimeters, laptops for configuration, and standard hand/power tools.
