About the role

  • Contribute to the strategic development of ecopals.
  • Support the team in strategic areas: market analyses, growth projects, and international scaling.
  • Conduct market and competitive analyses and identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare pitch decks, presentations, and reports for stakeholders.
  • Maintain and improve the CRM system and support sales pipelines.
  • Support supply chain monitoring and develop your own ideas.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in an advanced stage of a degree program in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a related field.
  • Structured, independent working style and a high level of personal responsibility.
  • Strong analytical skills and a good sense for numbers, interdependencies, and processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and visual, in German and English.
  • Very good knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel; experience with CRM tools and an interest in supply chain/operations topics are a plus, as is experience in startups, consulting, or the construction industry.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on mentality, and interest in all facets of a fast-growing startup — from strategy to operational execution.
