• Own the commercial outcome for assigned markets end to end
• Build, expand and lead ecopals' distributor network across assigned markets
• Identify and secure strong partners in each target country
• Own revenue growth across the regional footprint and deliver commercial targets
• Develop deep understanding of asphalt mixing plants' and bitumen modifiers' needs
• Lead negotiations on framework agreements, pricing and terms with distribution partners
• Represent ecopals at trade fairs, conferences and strategic partner and end-customer meetings
• Shape regional go-to-market strategy with the management team
• Maintain the pipeline in HubSpot and report on partner and revenue performance
• Travel extensively and internationally with distribution partners, management and the technical team
