About the role

  • Your contribution to the strategic development of ecopals.
  • Support in core strategic areas: from market analyses and growth projects to the structured preparation of our international scaling.
  • Strategic Analysis & Growth: conducting market and competitive analyses, identifying growth opportunities, and preparing relevant research and actionable recommendations.
  • Communication & Presentation: creating pitch decks, presentations and reports for external and internal stakeholders.
  • CRM & Sales Enablement: maintaining and further developing our CRM system; supporting the analysis and structuring of sales pipelines.
  • Supply Chain & Operations: supporting the monitoring of our supply chain.
  • Developing your own ideas to improve our processes and accelerate growth.

Requirements

  • Advanced studies in Business Administration, Economics, Management or a related field.
  • Structured working style and a high level of personal responsibility.
  • Strong analytical skills and a good sense for numbers, interdependencies and processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and visual, in German and English.
  • Very good knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel; experience with CRM tools and an interest in supply chain/operations topics are a plus, as is experience in startups, consulting or the construction industry.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on mentality and interest in all facets of a fast-growing startup — from strategy to operational execution.
