About the role

  • Plan and execute the content strategy for Paulo Krieser and Econodata on Instagram and LinkedIn, as well as Econodata's YouTube channel
  • Build and maintain the editorial calendar (topics, dates, series, campaigns, and coverage of launches/events)
  • Create copy, scripts, and creative direction (with a conversion focus, not just engagement)
  • Collaborate with design to turn briefs into high-quality assets (clear briefings, review, alignment)
  • Manage publishing, captions, hashtags, CTAs, channel-specific optimization and governance of “who posts what”
  • Manage the Econodata Sales Community: topics, cadence, activations, moderation, and encouragement of participation
  • Conduct social listening and trend monitoring to adapt formats and themes to the ICP
  • Monitor performance, produce reports and actionable insights (what to scale / what to stop / what to test)
  • Contribute ideas for new formats: series, recurring segments, clips, live streams, collaborations, educational and authority-building content
  • KPIs and expected results: follower growth (by channel, with audience quality); generation of MQLs via social media; qualified engagement, reach, clicks, retention (YouTube); number of community members and community participation rate.

Requirements

  • Required experience as a mid-level or senior social media analyst in a B2B context (preferably SaaS/services)
  • Strong in strategy + execution: plans, writes, publishes, analyzes, optimizes
  • Copywriting for social networks (primarily LinkedIn and Instagram) with a focus on clarity, authority and conversion
  • Ability to produce excellent briefings and manage production together with design
  • Organized and able to manage routines (calendar, requests, review, version control)
  • Hands-on knowledge of metrics and experimentation (hypotheses, A/B testing of formats, cadence, CTAs)
  • Differentiators we value:
  • Experience with executive/CEO profile (ghostwriting, positioning, storytelling)
  • Familiarity with YouTube (scripting, titles, thumbnails, descriptions, clips, basic SEO)
  • Experience managing communities (WhatsApp/Discord/Telegram)
  • Familiarity with social tools (mLabs/Etus/Buffer/Hootsuite), link tracking (UTMs), and dashboards
  • Use of AI (judiciously) to accelerate research, scripting and copy variations.
