About the role

  • Handle customer inquiries via tickets, chat, phone and Reclame Aqui (consumer complaints platform)
  • Resolve user questions about product usage
  • Investigate technical issues, collaborating with the development team when necessary
  • Regular collaboration with Customer Success Managers
  • Configure customer accounts and contracts

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a university degree (Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related fields)
  • Open-minded and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong desire to help customers and to grow professionally
  • Communication: Good writing skills and ability to explain complex topics simply
  • Soft skills: Organized to handle multiple demands and a genuine passion for customer service and problem solving
  • Experience in customer service and support (plus)
  • Good understanding of CRM and Customer Success (plus)
  • Proactivity (plus)
  • Basic knowledge of databases and SQL (plus)
  • Basic knowledge of automation (plus)
