• Own the affiliate marketing channel for selected e-commerce clients end-to-end – strategy, setup, execution and optimization.
• Design or refine the client’s affiliate program structure: commission models, tiers, bonus campaigns, and partner segmentation based on performance and profitability.
• Select, set up, and manage affiliate platforms/networks (e.g. Impact, PartnerStack, Refersion, ShareASale, Awin, Shopify apps) depending on the client’s tech stack.
• Proactively recruit new affiliates: content sites, influencers, deal sites, comparison portals, niche blogs and YouTube/Instagram/TikTok creators aligned with the brand.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with top affiliates through regular communication, performance reviews, and joint campaign planning.
• Create clear affiliate assets and guidelines: tracking links, landing page recommendations, product angle suggestions, promo calendars, and simple “plug-and-play” promo kits.
• Collaborate with our SEO & content team to ensure affiliate content aligns with SEO strategy (e.g. review pages, comparison articles, listicles) and brand guidelines.
• Monitor performance daily/weekly: EPC, ROAS, new customers, LTV signals, and margin – not just clicks and impressions.
• Implement testing: different commission structures, creatives, landing pages, and funnels to find the most profitable combination for each client.
• Report clearly to clients and internally – what you did, why, and how it impacted revenue and profit, in an honest and straightforward way (no black box).
• Help us build and refine internal playbooks, checklists, and “Affiliate Growth Frameworks” so each new client benefits from previous learnings.

Affiliate Marketing Manager – E-commerce, Performance-Based

• Own the day-to-day SEO performance for a portfolio of Shopify e-commerce clients (mid 6–8 figures revenue).
• Run technical and on-page audits (crawlability, indexation, internal linking, site speed, schema, Core Web Vitals), and turn findings into clear, prioritized action plans.
• Plan and execute keyword & topic research focused on profit, not just traffic: product/collection pages, blog pillars, clusters and FAQs.
• Create detailed SEO implementation briefs for developers, designers and content writers (e.g. new templates, collection structures, internal linking, content outlines).
• Optimize Shopify stores end-to-end: collections, products, blogs, navigation, filters, metafields, URL structure and on-page copy.
• Monitor performance in GA4, Google Search Console and tools like Ahrefs/SEMrush; report on rankings, revenue, and key SEO KPIs.
• Communicate clearly with clients in async channels (Slack/WhatsApp/Email) and occasional calls – explaining complex SEO in simple, honest language.
• Spot opportunities for CRO and funnel improvements together with our strategists (e.g. better internal linking, intent-matched content, improved category layouts).
• Contribute to our internal SOPs, “SEO Brain” and frameworks so every client benefits from what we learn.
• Stay up to date with Google updates, AI/LLM developments, and e-commerce best practices – and translate them into practical actions for our clients.
