About the role
- Develop, coordinate, and implement the Company’s health & safety processes to ensure compliance with all Federal, State and Local regulations.
- Lead health & safety audits within Morgan facilities and develop corrective actions where required.
- Develop and conduct thinkSAFE and other H&S required training to ensure leadership development with regards to the thinkSAFE program.
- Lead investigations of health and safety incidents.
- Perform job hazard assessments and recommend improvements in job safety.
Requirements
- BS degree, CIH certification preferred, with a minimum of 5-7 experience in a health and safety related field.
- Experience will be considered in lieu of specific education requirements.
