About the role

  • Identify and secure new business wins by expertly managing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing deep-dive product insights and demonstrating how cloud architecture solves specific customer pain points.
  • Drive customer success by delivering innovative ideas and optimizing their journey into advanced cloud environments.
  • Conduct high-level technical presentations and business solution walkthroughs via Microsoft Teams.
  • Lead group and one-on-one training sessions for the wider team to elevate technical knowledge across the center.
  • Stay at the forefront of the industry by researching the latest developments in cloud capabilities and pricing models for major vendors and their competitors.

Requirements

  • Native or Proficient Danish + Fluent English (B2/C1).
  • A Bachelor's degree is required (preference for Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics).
  • 3–6+ years of experience in tech-related sales, business development, or pre-sales environments.
  • Minimum Cloud Fundamentals certification is required at the start; L200 certification is highly preferred.
  • A solid understanding of identity, authentication, security, and compliance within hybrid and cloud deployments.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding ambitious targets.
