About the role
- Identify and secure new business wins by expertly managing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing deep-dive product insights and demonstrating how cloud architecture solves specific customer pain points.
- Drive customer success by delivering innovative ideas and optimizing their journey into advanced cloud environments.
- Conduct high-level technical presentations and business solution walkthroughs via Microsoft Teams.
- Lead group and one-on-one training sessions for the wider team to elevate technical knowledge across the center.
- Stay at the forefront of the industry by researching the latest developments in cloud capabilities and pricing models for major vendors and their competitors.
Requirements
- Languages: Native or Proficient Swedish + Fluent English (B2/C1).
- Education: A Bachelor's degree is required (preference for Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics).
- Sales Grit: 3–6+ years of experience in tech-related sales, business development, or pre-sales environments.
- Certifications: Minimum Cloud Fundamentals certification is required at the start; L200 certification is highly preferred.
- Tech Savvy: A solid understanding of identity, authentication, security, and compliance within hybrid and cloud deployments.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding ambitious targets.
