About the role

  • Secure new customer wins by maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Provide technical product overviews and insights tailored to specific customer needs and usage scenarios.
  • Increase technical acumen by delivering innovative ideas to accelerate customer success in the cloud.
  • Confirm implementation requirements and execute precise pricing calculations.
  • Demonstrate technical and business solutions to customers virtually via Microsoft Teams.
  • Act as the key technical contact for the SMB Vendor Tele team and conduct group or one-on-one trainings for the center.
  • Constantly research the newest developments in cloud capabilities and pricing for both Microsoft and its competitors.

Requirements

  • Native or proficient in Dutch plus fluent in English.
  • Bachelor's degree required (Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering is a plus).
  • 3–6+ years of technology-related sales or business development experience.
  • Minimum Fundamentals certification is required upon entry; L200 certification is preferred.
  • Broad ability to explain technical architecture for productivity and communications solutions.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance within cloud/hybrid solutions.
  • Proven history of outstanding performance and achieving ambitious goals.
